Who operates the service

Alyes Apps, Istanbul. Questions: support@alyesapps.com. Effective 6 November 2026. This policy covers the OkFitness app and this website.

What we store

• Account: name, email, password hash, role, time zone, and verification time.
• Profile: date of birth, sex, height, weight, goal, biography, and profile photo, when you add them.
• Training: programs, measurement notes, check-ins, and the health samples you choose to share from Apple Health or Health Connect.
• Messages: text, photos, voice, and documents between a trainer and a student.
• Billing: store transaction id, plan, seats, and end date. We do not store card numbers.
• Device: notification token and the language sent with a request.

Why

To open the account, match a trainer with a student, deliver programs and messages, send reminders, and run the subscription. Health data is not used for a diagnosis. It is visible to you and the trainer you are matched with.

Who can see it

You, the trainer or student you are matched with, and the operator of the service. Hosting, email, and notification providers process data only to provide that service. We do not sell data to an advertising network.

How long

You can ask for deletion from the app. The account is removed after 7 days. Signing in during those 7 days keeps the account. Photos are resized when they arrive. Documents over 10 MB are refused.

To see, correct, or delete a record, write to support@alyesapps.com from the email on the account.

Children

OkFitness is not for anyone under 18. If we learn an account is under that age, we close it.
