Terms of service
The service
OkFitness carries programs, measurement notes, nutrition notes, and messages between a personal trainer and a student. The trainer makes the training and nutrition decisions. OkFitness does not diagnose, treat, or replace emergency care. Effective 6 November 2026.
Accounts
- An email account can be used after the address is confirmed. Google and Apple accounts are confirmed by that provider.
- A trainer studio opens when a plan is active.
- A student joins by accepting a trainer’s invitation.
Plans
The first month includes one student. Paid plans start at 2–5 students and are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Renewal and refunds follow the store that took the payment.
Use
Do not enter someone else’s account, send a misleading invitation, or upload a harmful file. An account used that way can be closed.
Your content
You are responsible for the text, photos, and files you upload. You allow us to store them and show them to the person you are matched with. Photos may be resized.
Liability
The service is a tool. An injury, a nutrition outcome, or a dispute between a trainer and a student is not a medical liability of the platform. Rights that the law does not allow to be waived remain in place.
Changes
When these terms change, the date on this page changes. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance of the new text.
